Maintenance and Monitoring
In order to keep your system conforming to the standards to which it was installed, a maintenance agreement must be continuously in force. All new installations are inclusive of maintenance and monitoring (where applicable) in the first year. On the anniversary of the installation a maintenance service agreement is offered for the forthcoming year.
A Balance Systems maintenance agreement provides one routine inspection per year (two or more for systems with remote signalling or fire systems) and provides access to our emergency engineer 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Customers with a maintenance agreement in force benefit from reduced call-out rates and receive preference with regards to attendance over those customers that do not have an agreement in force at the time of requesting engineer attendance.
All our remote signalling systems are connected through to a NSI approved Alarms Receiving Centre (ARC) who employ the latest technology to filter your call and ensure that your keyholders and or police are contacted in a timely manner. We continuously monitor the performance of our ARC to ensure our customers are receiving the high level of service they have come to expect from Balance Systems Ltd.
