Sales, Design and Installation
Balance Systems Ltd aim to start each design proposal by attending site and discussing the requirements of the customer in person, this is a free of charge no obligation visit. From this initial visit we can discuss the design possibilities and any recommendations we may have that would enhance the features of the system the customer requires. If you are in the process of developing or building a site our Design experts are still able to provide you with a solution using the architects plans. If an insurance company have issued a specification of their requirements this too can be adhered to. All design, installation and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the current relevant standards and we work closely with the local Police Authorities and Fire Headquarters to ensure that where applicable Police/Brigade response can be achieved.
Our Design experts will carry out a full risk assessment when attending your property which then forms the basis of our proposal. We utilise the latest technology from leading brands in our field such as LG, Siemens, Dowshu, Bosch and Sony. All equipment supplied and installed by Balance Systems Ltd is tried and tested in house, prior to being used on a customer location to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
A SSAIB Certificate of Compliance (where applicable) will be issued on completion and all new installations are covered by a full 12 months parts and labour guarantee.
